The Reverend Doctor Chad Foster received the call to serve Immanuel Lutheran Church in April of 2001. Pastor Foster received his Master's degree from Concordia Seminary and his Doctorate degree from Trinity Theological Seminary in partnership with the University of Liverpool. Pastor Foster has also studied abroad at the International Academy of Human Rights and Apologetics in Strasbourg, France. Pastor Foster and his wife, Tricia, have been married since July of 1999 and they have three children. A daughter, Julia-Wynne, who was born in December of 2003; a son, Chalmers, who was born in July of 2006; and another daughter, Keziah, who was born in May of 2009.
